Initial Assessments of Weight, Body Fat, BMI, Circumference Measurements, Goal Setting, a sample Nutrition Plan and informative email updates. Measurements are re-taken every 4-6 weeks to ensure you are on track to your goals!

With F.I.T. Factor Boot Camp, the monthly investment is a small fraction of the cost of conventional personal training - or anything else you might try - yet yields far greater results. (personal training rates start anywhere from $60-$150 an hour)
Although I am an experienced personal trainer, setting up F.I.T. Factor Boot Camp classes was my STIMULUS PACKAGE to the community. Not everyone can afford private one-on-one sessions. This way you get the workout in, come more often, (thus garnering faster results) and SAVE money!!
Private classes available, set up a group of 10 or more and Boot Camp can come to you.

All Fitness Boot Camps Are Not Created Equal!
Sure, there are a lot of fitness boot camps out there these days!  But we are here to tell you that not all boot camps are created equal. We take pride in just how different the F.I.T. Factor Boot Camp is from all the rest. Some have been to other Boot Camps and said this one is MORE FUN! Why? Let's take a look!
Military VS. Non-military
Hey, some people are made for the trenches.  They may like crawling on their knees and elbows, being barked at by some drill sergeant, and feeling like a kicked dog.  Not at our camps!  At the F.I.T. Factor Boot Camp, we are 100% NON-MILITARY.  We believe in providing an environment where you feel motivated and compelled to push yourself to your limits!  We know you wouldn't be there otherwise.
Gossip Fest VS. Workout
We know that a lot of camps turn into a social hour with not much working out.  With the F.I.T. Factor Boot Camp, you will most definitely get to know your teammates, but you will do it by motivating and rooting for each other DURING your workout! 
If you wanted to run extremely long distances, you would sign up for marathon training.  At the F.I.T. Factor Boot Camp, we keep the intervals short and to the point.  We believe in higher intensity intervals for a shorter amount of time.
Burning Calories VS. Creating After-Burn
A lot of camps may help you burn calories WHILE you are working out, but that's it!  At the F.I.T. Factor Boot Camp, we have carefully constructed the workouts to create a metabolic AFTER-BURN that can help you burn more calories throughout the day. So not only do you burn calories during your workout, but you continue to do so long after you leave!
